Why should I Sign the Form A?

Dubai Land Department imposed new rule in property advertisements. In able to protect the Owner’s and provide legit information’s to the public, approval must be acquired from their end. No property is allowed to be advertised (online/offline) without an approval.

In order to have the approval, one of the mandatory document is the signed Form A, which consist of advertising agency, owner, property details, and agreed conditions that has duration of 30 to 90 days and renewable. Penalty and Legal issues will be executed for non-complying.

Should I make the contract exclusive?

There are two types of Form A, the exclusive & Non-excluvive. We are open to sign the suitable Form for our Clients as long as it will suits to their need and in lined to the Dubai Law. However, Exclusive Forms are 100% will be published in the advertisements, generates more leads, will go beyond the standard promotion tools and will be immediately ready for the prospective clients and walk-in client’s viewings which is more advantage that the open listing.

Documents Required for Advertising:

  • FORM A – Contract between Seller and Broker
  • Ownership proof (Oqood,SPA or Title Deed)
  • Passport Copy with Signature Page to verify the signature on the FORM A.

Form A – Sales Listing form is the agreement between seller and the broker that authorize brokers to advertise seller’s property through newspapers, online portals, and through other possible channels.

Form A – Rental Listing form is the agreement between Landlord and the broker that authorize broker to advertise landlord’s property through newspapers, online portals, and through other possible channels.
