  • Applicable to ready or off-plan properties

The UAE Golden Visa is the most prestigious residency permit in Dubai. It grants long-term residency for a period of 5 to 10 years for real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals. In the past, buyers of under-construction properties had to wait until full payment or project completion before becoming eligible for residency.

New in Dubai 2025: There are some developers who allow Golden Visa eligibility with only 14% to 24% payment of the property value, even before handover. This makes residency in the UAE far more accessible for real estate investors.

UAE Green Visa (Self-Employed Residency)

The Green visa is a 5-year residency visa designed for individuals who wish to self-sponsor and stay in the UAE without any sponsorship. Originally coming into existence in 2022, it continues to offer flexibility and broader eligibility for investors, skilled professionals, and freelancers.

Categorize as eligible for the Green Visa includes:

  • Freelancers and self-employed individuals with an annual income of at least AED 360,000

Blue Visa: 10-Year Residency for Environmental Champions

It is a brand new addition to the UAE’s residency visa category. Targeting individuals who have made significant contributions to environmental sustainability. Launched in 2024, this visa offers 10 years of residency fr thosw who support the UAE’s green goals and COP28 legacy.

UAE Retirement Visa
