Job Description

7 Century Real Estate Broker is looking to strengthen and grow its ever increasing team.  Our support staff are the backbone of our company. As we call them our silent hero’s. We are now on the look out for another hero to join us on our quest to be the best Real Estate agency in Dubai. We are looking for an administrator who has the following super hero qualities:

Providing administrative / office support, including document preparation, copying, scanning, and mailing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to perform efficiently and effectively under pressure.

Several years of professional and/or proven-work experience in related field/position (ideally min 2 years in real estate Dubai).

Experiences in making Tenancy Contract and MOU.

Knowledge to use Traksheei , Dubai Rest app / Broker App/ Property Finder & Byut etc.

Screen and direct phone calls/Emails and distribute correspondence.

Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft word.

Must be a team player and is confident to talk with clients, with great decision making skills, Strong Interpersonal Skills and strong organizational skills.
